Refund policy

Guidelines

Flower Kish Co. has a 14-day return policy, which means customers have 14 days after receiving an item to request a return. 

All returns are subject to approval.

To start a return, simply reply to the order confirmation email. 

Once a return is initiated, an email will be sent that includes a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send the package. 

Returns are subject to $7 shipping/restocking fee.

Damages and issues
Any damaged or missing items will be replaced at no additional cost to the customer.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, returns of the following items will not be accepted:

  • final sale/clearance items
  • gift cards 
  • used/contaminated products
  • apparel that is used, worn, or missing original tags

Additional information
An email will be sent, once the items have been received and inspected by Flower Kish Co., to notify customers if their return was accepted or rejected. 

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
